I am honored to be able to touch people in a way that helps them find more serenity and awareness in their lives. In this giving, I also find more serenity and awareness within myself.
I first became certified to do massage back in 1992, with a specialty in aromatherapy. I began working in a 4-star golf resort in the Colorado mountains and eventually became the massage program coordinator for the resort spa. I've had lot of experiece with all kinds of body types.
In addition to my spa experience, I've continued to maintain a private practice and contiuing education. I offer my traditional deep tissue Swedish massage as well as Thai massage, lymphatic drainage massage, neuromuscular re-programming, hot stone massage, Abhyanga (Aruvedic) massage, Therapeutic Touch, Tuning Fork (vibrational therapy) and Reiki.
